This is a Spares requirement. Actual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders,delivery ordersand modifications) related to the procurement are considered to be "issued" bythe Government when copies are either deposited in the mail,transmitted byfacsimile, or sent by other electronic commerce methods, such as email. TheGovernments acceptance of the contractors proposal constitutes bilateralalagreement to "issue" contractual documents as detailed herein. Early and incremental deliveries accepted at no additional cost to eitherparty.
