5821 - To add an additional units to an already established BOA.

NAVSUP WSS is anticipating to add 4 (EA) NIINs to the already established DLS (081U3) repairs/spares BOA N00383-23-G-SZ01 in order to support coverage of the items identified in attachment A (See attached). Orders issued under the Basic Ordering Agreement and pursuant to this synopsis will be issued pursuant to 10 USC 3204(A) (1).

The item contemplated for procurement and repair requires Government source approval prior to contract award, as the item is flight critical and/or the technical data available has not been determined adequate to support acquisition via full and open competition. The only qualified source for this repair is Data Link Solutions, cage code 081U3.

Please note, if evaluation of a source approval request submitted hereunder cannot be processed in time and/or approval requirements preclude the ability to obtain subject items in time to meet Government requirements. Award of the subject requirement may continue based on Fleet support needs.
