Configuration Management (CM) Principles and Implementation Certification

The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Regional directorate, intends to solicit on a sole source basis with CMPIC, LLC to provide certification in Configuration Management (CM) Principles and Implementation. CMPIC, LLC will provide Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Weapon Systems Support (WSS) with four virtual courses for a total of 25 students.

The Navy intends to solicit for a Firm Fixed Price type order with an anticipated Period of Performance from 31 July 2024 - 07 November 2024. This procurement is a sole source acquisition with CMPIC, LLC, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS.

The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 611430. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 17 July 2024. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
