Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC) Keyport is soliciting for the following in accordance with (IAW) all associated drawings: CLIN 0001 - 0003 Cable Assy, Power Conditioning Assy - Qty Two (2) Each CLIN 0004 Cable Assy, Power, Fan Distribution - Qty Two (2) Each CLIN 0005 Cable Assy, Power, AC Input #1 - Qty Two (2) Each CLIN 0006 Cable Assy, Power, Fan - Qty Two (2) Each CLIN 0007 Cable Assy, Power, Temperature Alarm - Qty Two (2) Each CLIN 0008 Cable Assy, Power, SVR - Qty Two (2) Each CLIN 0009 Cable Assy, Power, Time Meter - Qty Two (2) Each CLIN 0010 Cable Assy, Power, Sonobuoy Modem - Qty Two (2) Each CLIN 0011 - 0013 Cable Assy, SVR, SEP & ANTENNA - Qty Two (2) Each CLIN 0014 Cable Assy, Sonobuoy Generator to RCS - Qty Two (2) Each CLIN 0015 Temperature Alarm Assy - Qty Two (2) Each CLIN 0016 Time Meter Assy - Qty Two (2) Each.

This requirement is being issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the attached solicitation. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) applicable assigned rating for this requirement is DO-A7. The solicitation, issued as request for quotation (RFQ) N0025324Q0057, is attached to this announcement.

The proposed contract is Full and Open Competition. Applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 335929 and has a size standard of 1,000 employees. Offerors are required to provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be filled out in its entirety and returned before the solicitation closes.

Company quote forms will NOT be accepted. All details regarding the vendor offer shall be documented in the RFQ.

The government terms and conditions (T&C’s) listed in this solicitation are required by law through the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFAR). It is preferred that company T&C’s not be included with your quote submittal as many company T&C’s are inconsistent with federal law and unenforceable.

Drawings referenced in the solicitation are restricted by the Arms Export Act and are ONLY available to vendors/contractors appointed data custodian that are registered with Defense Logistics Information Services (DLIS) Joint Certification Program (JCP).
