This is a pre-solicitation notice prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.1 “Pre-solicitation Notice.” NAVSUP FLC San Diego intends to set this action aside 100% for Small Business pursuant to RFO Part 19 and will solicit quotations directly from suppliers pursuant to the simplified procedures at RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2). SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED This pre-solicitation notice satisfies the GPE posting requirement of RFO 12.201-1(c)(2)(i).
