AIRCRAFT PROTECTIVE ENVELOPE Maintenance Services

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, in Support of Commander Strike Fighter US Pacific Fleet, Naval Air Station Lemoore, is issuing a solicitation as a total small business set- aside for a commercial Firm-Fixed- Price (FFP) contract to provide services necessary to perform inspection and routine maintenance to the existing Aircraft Protective Envelopes installed on Naval Air Station Lemoore flight line in Lemoore, CA.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 and procedures of 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Interested parties shall provide their proposals to the Government in accordance with the Addendum to 52.212-1 in the solicitation by the closing date and time of this solicitation.

The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 811420 “Reupholstery and Furniture Repair". Offerors are advised that they must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database, SAM.gov, prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.

Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposals. *Amendment 0001 was to extend the solicitation close date *Amendment 0002 was to extend the solicitation close date and revise the PoP dates *Amendment 0003 is to remove FAR 52.217-8, remove section 3.4.5 f rom Section L, and section 5.5 from Section M. *Amendment 0004 is to extend the offer due date to 10 JUL 2025. Additionally, update the period of performance and wage determination attachment. **Amendment 0005 is to revise Section L 3.2.3 and Section M 3.1.1 and update the Questions and Answers.

Amendment 0006 is to extend the offer due date to 17 JUL 2025 at 5:00 PM PST.
