UCT2 Underwater Cutting and Welding Course

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego, in Support of Underwater Construction Team Two, is issuing a solicitation as a total small business set- aside for a commercial Firm-Fixed- Price (FFP) contract to provide services necessary to provide course of instruction for qualified underwater cutting and welding technicians to support deployment requirements.

The requirement under this procurement supports the UCT 2’s Training Department in providing Technical Training Support Services on an interim basis for deploying personnel. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 and procedures of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

Interested parties shall provide their proposals to the Government in accordance with the Addendum to 52.212-1 in the solicitation by the closing date and time of this solicitation. The applicable North American industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 611519 “Other Technical and Trade Schools". Offerors are advised that they must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database, SAM.gov, prior to contract award pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7.

Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of proposal. *Amendment 0001: *The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to add a schedule of services CLIN, revise Sections L and M, remove options verbiage. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. *Amendment 0002: *The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to extend the offer due date to 08 JULY 2025 at 11:00 AM PST.
