LOGISTICAL SUPPORT FOR TABLE OF ALLOWANCE MANAGEMENT

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD TO A SOLE SOURCE AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR A COMPETITIVE QUOTES The NAVAL Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a sole source to LEADING SOLUTIONS at 3491 West Vine Street, Kissimmee, FL, in accordance with FAR 13.501. No solicitation or RFQ will follow.

Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability statements no later than 0500 Pacific Daylight Time, 29 January 2024. Capability Statements shall be submitted by e-mail ONLY as a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF Attachment to deborah.e.redondo.civ@us.navy.mil. The email subject line shall state this solicitation and title. Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining if competition is more advantageous and to the benefit of the Government to satisfy need and mission. And the determination not to compete this requirement is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
