NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial Sole Source contract to RAYMOND HANDLING SOLUTIONS INC, CAGE: 3GFB0 in accordance with FAR 13.501 and FAR 6.302-1.

This requirement is for scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance services to Raymond Swing Mast Forklifts in support of NAVSUP FLCSD Hazmat The Contractor shall provide onsite scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance (as needed) to the following MHE: Raymond Swing Mast Forklift Serial # SA-05-0537, Model # SA-CSR30T.

The Contractor shall furnish all tools, material, parts, labor, equipment, supervision, and transportation necessary to provide quarterly scheduled maintenance and corrective maintenance repairs as needed on the MHE. The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation nor RFQ will be forthcoming.

Responsible sources may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice via e-mail to yesica.l.burrill.civ@us.navy.mil which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
