NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial Sole Source contract to COX CALIFORNIA TELCOM, LLC (CAGE: 66AT6) in accordance with FAR 13.501 and FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is for Commercial Internet Service Renewal. NIOC Pacific requires Cox Business commercial internet service contract renewal with specific requirements to support the operational needs of the 553 CPT.

The service must meet the specified speed, IP address allocation, and performance period. in support of N9 Cyber Protection Team (CPT) missions. The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation nor RFQ will be forthcoming.

Responsible sources may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by September 9, 2024, 5:00 p.m. PST via e-mail to yesica.l.burrill.civ@us.navy.mil which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
