This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is N00244-24-Q-0291. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through latest Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS change notices. This solicitation is issued as 100% small business set aside. NAICS Code 561621 Security Systems Services (Except Locksmiths) is applicable and business size is $25 Million. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 16 August 2024 12:00 AM Pacific Standard Time.

Contractor must complete all Representations and Certifications found in the provisions listed below within their profile in the System for Award Management (SAM) at http://www.sam.gov to be considered for this solicitation. Requirements

Navy Region Southwest (NRSW) N34 Program for Force Protection (CT) requires Two (2) Drop arm electric barrier systems that are ASTM rated and certified per DoD us Army Corps of Engineers and identified on the Anti-RAM Vehicle Barrier List. System must also be compatible with Commander Navy Installation Command NESS/LENEL Access Control System for future utilization on Naval Base Ventura County’s (NBVC) flight line. Installation is not required. Quote must also included delivery.
