This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and 12.6 Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation number is N00244-24-Q-0275.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through latest Federal Acquisition Circular and DFARS change notices. This solicitation is issued as full and open competition. NAICS Code 332510 Hardware Manufacturing is applicable and business size is 750# of employees. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 6 August 2024 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time.

This procurement is for the removal and replacement of existing Electronic Magstripe and hard key lockset, key encoder and Stand-alone Desktop CPU running a software interface. Provide installation of new all-in-one stand-alone lock system without a computer interface. Provide stand-alone programmable electronic lock system not connected to any information network.

Provide dormakaba 790 Series RFID (radio-frequency identification) keycard door lock sets with battery compartment accessible from the exterior of the secured space compatible with the dormakaba Front Desk Unit (FDU) in Unaccompanied Housing (UH) Building 1518, Naval Base Ventura County Port Hueneme, Ca. Contract Type: Order/ Contract resulting from this solicitation will be Firm Fixed Price (FFP).
