NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a commercial Sole Source contract to PERRIS VALLEY AVIATION SERVICES INC., Perris, California 92570 in accordance with FAR 13.501 and FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is for Air Operations Support: Static Line Aircraft Services, Equipment, Facilities, other items, and Non-Personal Services necessary to perform Premeditated Personnel Parachute Operations (P3) as defined in the Performance Work Statement.

The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals and no solicitation nor RFQ will be forthcoming. Responsible sources may identify their interest and submit a capability statement in response to this notice by 11 June 2024 12:00 p.m. PST via e-mail to yesica.l.burrill.civ@us.navy.mil which shall be considered by the agency.

Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
