Repair of 2 Ingersoll Rand NA Compressors

PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT Technical and Repair Support Services NAB Coronado, San Diego, CA In Support of Amphibious Construction Battalion One (PHIBCB ONE) Background The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service provider performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. As per Contractors scope of Work he or she shall provide all logistical services, tools, material, installation, clean-up, and disposal of removal of materials. Subject Requesting repair of 2 compressors Manufactured by Ingersoll Rand NA.

Model Numbers: SSR-HPE300-2S. These two compressors that are down are gravely impacting the production of ACB-1’s blast and paint work center. The 2 main compressors at blast and paint EE1533 and EE1534 needs the Element separator tank replaced on both. Also the element coolant Filters (N75-160) and Coolant (ultra 20 liters) replaced also needs to be replaced. Additionally there are 3 trap condensate (ROBO drain) that are bad and inoperable and they need to be replaced.

The contractor will need to procure parts and install new parts and materials Scope of Work Parts needed are as follow: -2 EA Element Separator Tank, Part # 22219174 -4 EA Element Coolant Filters N75-160, Part # 39911631 -20 LI Coolant Ultra, Part # 38459582 -1 EA of all fittings and valves needed -3 EA Tra, condensate robo drain, Part # 3843940 ACB-1 Blast and Paint Shop does not have the training or knowledge to be able to replace all parts and are not Subject Matter Experts for these compressors.

ACB-1 is requesting that the Manufacturer Ingersoll Rand NA be the one to provide and replace all parts. Contractor will provide all replacement parts and tools needed for the repair of both compressors.

Recognized Holidays: The contractor is not required to perform services on the following holidays: New Year’s Day Labor Day Martin Luther King Jr.’s Birthday Columbus Day President’s Day Veteran’s Day Memorial Day Thanksgiving Day Independence Day Christmas Day Juneteenth National Holiday Hours of Operation: The contractor is responsible for conducting business, between the hours of 0700 to 1630 Monday thru Friday except Federal holidays or when the Government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar Government directed facility closings.

The Contractor must at all times maintain an adequate workforce for the uninterrupted performance of all tasks defined within this PWS when the Government facility is not closed for the above reasons. When hiring personnel, the Contractor shall keep in mind that the stability and continuity of the workforce are essential.

Places of Performance: The work to be performed under this contract will be performed at the following location: Amphibious Construction Battalion ONE, 2524 Eniwetok Road, San Diego, CA 92115 Period of performance: NLT 27 March 24
