East View Journals Services

NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department intends to solicit and award a sole source requirement for East View journals services provided by East View Information Services, Inc. in support of Naval War College Newport, RI. The purchase will be performed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures under Other than Full and Open competitive environment, as authorized under FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is around the last week of March 2026. This notice is NOT a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
