Submarine Tactical Oceanography (TAC-O) Training

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.201-1, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) found at FAR Part 12, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.

This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be made available on the following websites: ?System for Award Management (SAM) – https://www.sam.gov/ The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Fleet Directorate intends to solicit – on behalf of the Naval Oceanographic Office (NAVOCEANO) – Secret Squirrel, LLC. (CAGE: 9YVB3) on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 12.102(a).

The instant requirement is to provide training services with a curriculum derived from submarine tactical operations. The resultant contract will be issued on a firm-fixed-price (FFP) basis and will contain a one (1) year base period, with four (4) subsequent option periods.
