R701 - Purchase of Access to Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA)

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pentagon Directorate, intends to solicit a firm fixed price purchase order for the procurement of Access to Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) for the Navy Recruiting Command (NRC), Navy Talent Acquisitions Group (NTAG) - Phoenix, AZ; utilizing the procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Playfly LLC (CAGE: 9NKZ2).

The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 13,106(b), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 26 SEPT 2025 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018925QZ569 at the following website: https://sam.gov/ This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-05 and DFARS Change 01/17/2025. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions.

Performance/Delivery: Performance is anticipated to occur at the contractor’s facility unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work (SOW). The anticipated period of performance is 15-OCT-2025 to 30-JUN-2026: Unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).

Responsibility and Inspection: FOB Destination applies. Unless otherwise specified in the resultant purchase order, the contractor is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
