The Drug Education for Youth (DEFY) program is a family readiness tool used to help young military dependents with skills to resist drugs, alcohol, and gang involvement. This year-long program for 9- to 12-year-old Department of Defense (DoD) dependents begins in the summer with leadership activities, followed by monthly mentoring events with youth and mentors where they build on concepts and training received during the beginning of the program.

The Navy Substance Prevention and Deterrence Branch is seeking a vendor that can provide a safe and organized venue to support the DEFY Program for NIOC Georgia. The vendor must provide berthing, messing, classroom, equipment, and activity facilities. Additionally, vendor staff will provide back-up staffing for sanitation, general safety, security, and water safety. The period of performance for this effort is 8 June 2025-13 June 2025
