As part of a complete equipment replacement project currently under way at NORA, an additional requirement exists for a non-personal services contract that offers equipment with the following technology; a lens mapper to analyze and inspect the “Digital” prescription design of lenses during the production process, visually mapping process errors to ensure the lenses are being cut properly to ensure the final product meets standards, and additionally, a final inspection system to verify the final product meets the exact prescription within standards and informs the inspector with a pass or fail signal.
