SOLE SOURCE Satcom Direct ELRT Satellite Systems Data Plan

The proposed acquisition is for the renewal of Satcom Direct's ELRT Satellite Systems Data Plan on behalf of NAVSUP BSC for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm-Fixed-Price contract on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i). This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis with approval from the Small Business Administration to Satcom Direct Government, Inc. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government.
