FURNITURE, FIXTURES & EQUIPMENT BLDG V-88

Request for Information (RFI) / Sources Sought Notice Subject to FAR clause 52.215-3 entitled "Request for Information or Solicitation for Planning Purposes," this announcement constitutes a Sources Sought Notice for information and planning purposes for procurement of Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) in support of Commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic (COMNAVAIRLANT). The Government has determined that these supplies and services are commercial items as defined in FAR 2.101.

Interested parties are encouraged to respond to this RFI/Sources Sought Notice. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. It is not to be construed in any way as a commitment by the Government for any purpose other than to gain the information requested, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response.

Description The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Virginia is issuing this Sources Sought Notice as a means to conduct market research to identify interested parties for the requirement to deliver and install furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) necessary for daily operations of the Readiness Operations Center (ROC) at Bldg. V88. See Draft Statement of Work (SOW) posted with this notice for list of FF&E, technical specifications, building plans and other details.

Delivery Location 1126 Pocahontas Street Building V-88, Doorway S-6, 2nd Floor Norfolk, VA 23511 Located on Naval Station Norfolk Required Delivery Date: 15 May 2025. NAICS Code The NAICS code for this requirement is anticipated to be 337125 – Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing. The anticipated Federal Supply Code is 7110 – Office Furniture. Capabilities Statement The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.

This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this notice is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any cost incurred.

If the items can be obtained from a GSA schedule, existing IDIQ or any other contract vehicle, please provide the applicable contract number. 5. Capability statement showing contractor’s ability to provide minimum requirements. 6. Availability to attend site visit.

Any potential contract resulting from this RFI/Sources Sought Notice is anticipated to be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. This is a new requirement. Submission Reponses should reference furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) at Bldg. V88 and shall be submitted by e-mail to Tito Getalla at titogerardo.m.getalla.civ@us.navy.mil by 10:00 a.m. Eastern time on 31 December 2024. Again, this is not a request for proposals. Respondents will not be notified of the results.
