Award Notice for 400 MHz nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer for the United States Naval Academy

This combined synopsis solicitation was amended to add industry questions and answers and extend closing date. The proposed simplified acquisition is being solicited on a full and open competition for a 400 MHz nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer for the United States Naval Academy. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Subpart 13.106, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation will be available for download on or about 28 March 2025 under Request for Quotation (RFQ) number N0018925Q0205 at the following website: https://beta.sam.gov/.

This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2024-05 and DFARS Change Notice 20250117. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract under NAICS 334516. The Small Business Size Standard is 1,000.
