7A21 - InterMAPhics Warranted Runtime License

Pursuant to the authority at FAR 12.603(c)(2): This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this is N0018925Q0084 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-02. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The proposed acquisition is the procurement of software, InterMAPhics Warranted Runtime License, in support of the Surface Combat Systems Training Command (SCSTC) in Dahlgren. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order. The associated NAICS code is 513210 with a small business size standard of $47,000,000.
