This Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought notice is issued by Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center (NAVSUP FLC) Norfolk FM and C/BUMED Directorate in support of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Financial Management and Comptroller (ASN FM and C). The Government is seeking information on potential Business concerns qualified to support the development, maintenance and readiness of the Financial Management Resources Division (FMR) ARC Tool.
