DA10 - Predictive Index Software

NAVSUP Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire the Renewal of the Predictive Index membership for NMLPDC-Material Management, 8955 Wood Rd. Bethesda MD 20889-5628. For the period of 13 JUN 2024 to 12 JUN 2025 Predictive Index is sole copyrighted manufacture of these software materials. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of section 4202 of the Clinger-Cohen Act of 1996, as implemented by FAR 13.501 (a), a Sole Source Acquisition.

This procurement is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12. Award of a firm fixed contract is anticipated. All required deliverables shall be furnished within 1 year after date of contract award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and size standard for this procurement is 611430 and a size standard of $15,000,000 respectively.
