Replacement Thermal Measuring Manikin Systems for Navy Clothing and Textile Research Facility (NCTRF), Natick, MA.

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Groton Office awarded a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Thermetrics, LLC for Thermal Measuring Manikin Systems, which include, a 30-zone Newton sweating thermal manikin system, 12-zone sweating thermal foot partial manikin system, 9-zone sweating thermal head partial manikin system with humidified breathing system, and integrated sweating dynamic hotplate system.

Any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to kelly.polson@navy.mil. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent product exists which would meet the Governments needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
