J066 - Industrial Sewing Machine PM and Repair Services

Amendment 0001 is issued for the following actions- 1. Change type of contract from Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) to Time-and-Materials (T&M); 2. Add T&M clause and adjust previous clauses; 3. Revise Performance Work Statement (PWS) to only cover corrective maintenance and emergency repairs; 4. Revise Period of Performance (PoP) to only one base year, one option year, and the option to extend up to six months in accordance with FAR 52.217-8; and 5. Extend the solicitation end date to Thursday, 05Sep24 at 1100 a.m. EST. Submit quotes with hourly rates, and the signed amendment to larissa.v.benoit.civ(at)us.navy.mil.
