PowerSchool Intersect Solution License Renewal

The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award, on a sole source basis, a contract to PowerSchool Group LLC for the renewal subscription to Intersect Solutions per the attached Redacted Justification and Approval for use of Other Than Full and Open Competition. As a result, this requirement will not be set aside for small business concerns. The activity’s small business office concurs with this determination.

The proposed acquisition is to procure PowerSchool Group LLC’s Intersect Solution (previously Naviance Network and Database), a webbased college planning and engagement platform. This web-based system integrates high school students', parents', and guidance counselors' college planning, searches, and application processes into one cohesive database.
