U008 - Arbinger Outward Inclusion Training

Commander Navy Region Naval District Washington (NDW) is on journey to renovate our culture into a culture of excellence in which every member of the team is empowered to reach his/her full potential and know they are part of the team. The Arbinger Institute’s approach to culture transformation recognizes that mindset is at the core of behavior change. The Arbinger Institute has found the key to success is to empower leaders to shift from holding people accountable to creating accountable people.

This contract will bring a Master Facilitator to NDW for two days to facilitate an OI workshop for 40 leaders one day and certify 10 internal facilitators the next day, who will continue to facilitate OI workshops for personnel across the NDW organization. The contract also includes 350 workbooks to begin facilitating workshops across NDW. The Government intends to sole source to the Arbinger Company.
