*CANCELLED* NI LabView Subscription

*CANCELLED* Solicitation N00189-24-P-0-518 was cancelled and shall be resolicited. The Contracting Department received multiple quotes from various vendors during the solicitation. Because of this, the Contracting Department determined that the acquisition could not be solicited on a sole source basis, and shall be resolicited on a brand name basis.

The proposed acquisition is for the renewal of an annual subscription to NI Labview for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1)(i). This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis with approval from the Small Business Administration to National Instruments, Corp. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

However, interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. All bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government.

The solicitation is being ammended to answer questions posed during the solicitation. The deadline for N00189Q0518 has been extended to 10:00am EDT, August 15, 2024.
