High Altitude High Opening Chest Rigs

The Naval Supply System Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Deparment, Norfolk VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Brand Name Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to authorized dealers of the S&S Precision STACK chest rig and accessories in support of EODTEU TWO. The policies and procedures of FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquistion Procedures will be utilized. Please see attachments for further information.

N721 requires a chest attachment system that provides uniform placement of all wires, antennae’s, ATAK, PRC-310 radio’s, and Gotenna’s making sure they are free and clear of all handles of the parachute system. S&S Precision manufactures a chest-rig system that is designed specifically for jump operations that minimizes clutter, leaving the necessary gear free and clear from any handles. The below items are a part of a modular system built together for the HAHO modular chest rack system.

Also attached is helmet lighting systems for instructors to conduct inspections on gear and personnel during night time aircraft inspections.
