Optical Bandpass Filters

The Contracting Department, NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, intends to solicit and award a commericial firm-fixed price, sole source purchase order for the procurement of optical bandpass filters in support of The Unted States Naval Academy (USNA) Department of Physics.

Under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Asahi Spectra Co., Ltd.
