The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to purchase on a sole source basis the following training - Sensitive exam teaching consisting of the breast, pelvic/rectal, male genital/rectal exam demonstration and practice with patient instructors. The proposed firm, fixed-price action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source as a SAP action under FAR Part 13. The University of Connecticut is the only vendor who meets the needs of the Naval Undersea Medical Institute. Please see attachment for more information.
