Sources Sought - Automated/Cloud Laboratories This is a Sources Sought Notice. This notice neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government from an ultimate acquisition approach. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government.

The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this notice. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this notice. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a pre-solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought Notice.

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is currently seeking sources to provide remote laboratory operations, to provide the following requirements: Maintain a system to track the planned maintenance and scheduled/ unscheduled repairs for the instrument and will provide copies of the maintenance and/ or instrument logs upon request. Perform all repairs for instrument and equipment in a timely manner to prevent project delay.

Perform planned maintenance for equipment, as described in the instrument and equipment maintenance documentation. Have the ability to plan laboratory experiments, execute laboratory experiments, and review experimental results through a computer. All interested sources shall provide a company brochure or list of capabilities, product literature, organization name, address, a point of contact, phone number, fax number, e-mail address, business size, taxpayer identification number, DUNS number, and CAGE Code. All responding sources must email their response submissions no later than 3:00 PM EST on the 26 February 2024 to:
