LabRAM II H Vacuum System This action is be undertaken in accordance with FAR 13.106 (b) Soliciting from a single source, on the basis that: The LabRAM II H is a unique piece of equipment with key technology patented by Resodyn Corporation. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 334513. The small business size determination is 750 employees. This Notice of Intent is not a request for quotes.

Information received from interested parties will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses to this electronic notice must be made by 2:00 p.m. EST on 09-JUL-2024. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
