The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division - Picatinny Detachment (NSWC IHD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract on a sole source basis to BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., Minneapolis, MN 55421-1402.

The contractor shall manufacture, assembly, test, and delivery of the MK 295 MOD 0 57 mm High Explosive Pre-Fragmented, Programmable, Proximity Fuzed (HE-3P) Cartridges in support of the United States Navy (USN), the United States Coast Guard (USCG), and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer(s). The MK 295 MOD 0, 57 mm HE-3P Cartridge is a BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P. owned ammunition item that is used in conjunction with the MK 110 57mm Gun Mount.
