Mk38 FY25 Conversion Kits

Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division - (NSWC IHD), Indian Head Maryland, intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis with BAE Systems land & Armaments L.P., Armaments System Division, Louisville, KY 40124-2683. The contractor shall provide all necessary material and services required to manufacture, assemble, inspect, preserve, package, and ship MK38 Conversion Kits as specified in Statement of Work (SOW) 23-G-0001-0001-XX.

BAE Systems Land & Armaments L.P., ASD, is the only known company with the requisite technical qualifications and facilities to perform this work within the required period. This synopsis is for information purposes only. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
