541715 PRIMARY PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Naval Research Laboratory, 4555 Overlook Ave., Washington, D.C.

20375 OBJECTIVE: The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is searching for potential sources that are capable of meeting the following requirement: Aid in the design, development, and integration of radio frequency (RF) and high frequency (HF) systems. The task areas of interest include:

mobile over-the-horizon (OTH) radar, HF surface wave radar, arctic HF OTH radar, homeland defense radar, high power HF transmitter, and multifunctional RF.

The work to be performed is further described in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) titled, “Engineering Support for Design, Development, and Integration of RF and HF Systems for the Advanced Radar Systems Branch.” CURRENT CONTRACT: N/A – new effort CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT: The NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information: Contact Information a) Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) with associated contact information b) Business Size/Socioeconomic Categories for the listed NAICS c) Unique Entity ID and/or CAGE Code Technical Information a) Description of capabilities/resources relevant to the attached draft SOW b) Prior experience of similar scope/complexity with the tasking in the attached draft SOW c) Status of your firm’s current facility clearance (FCL) d) Any questions/suggestions related to the attached draft SOW e) A determination of whether your firm believes the tasking in the attached draft SOW is considered commercial or non-commercial as defined FAR 2.101 Responses should be no more than 15 pages and should be emailed to the Contract Specialist, Todd Schwartz, at todd.m.schwartz.civ@us.navy.mil and the Contracting Officer, Rick Savelli, at rick.n.savelli.civ@us.navy.mil. No telephonic responses will be accepted.
