OBJECTIVE The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is searching for potential sources that are capable of meeting the following requirement: Provide specialized support for a comprehensive, integrated program of systems engineering, technical engineering, engineering analysis, independent assessments, and research activities pertaining to the development, measurement, improvement, and evaluation of new and existing systems and electronic for the Optical Sciences Division.
Additional details for this requirement are attached in the draft statement of work (SOW) and Additional Requirement Details below. CONTRACTOR RESPONSE FORMAT The NRL asks that interested parties, at a minimum, supply the following information via email: Contact/Business Information a) Name of Company and Point of Contact (POC) b) Business Size/Socioeconomic Categories and number of employees c) Does your firm have a current facility clearance?
Technical Information a) Description of capabilities/resources relevant to the attached draft SOW b) Prior experience of similar scope/complexity in the attached draft SOW c) Any questions/suggestions related to the SOW d) Suggested NAICS and PSC for the effort described in the SOW Please include "N00173-25-RFI-DW01" in the subject line of your email response. Responses should be no more than 10 pages, and should be emailed to the Contract Specialist at deborah.s.whang.civ@us.navy.mil.
Anticipated Place of Performance The place of performance will primarily be onsite at the Naval Research Lab, Washington, DC 20375. Travel (CONUS and OCONUS) may be required.
