This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quote (RFQ).Requirement Overview:NSWCCD is seeking to identify qualified and certified 8(a) Small Businesses capable of providing on-site Direct Digital Control (DDC) Support Services.

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to perform inspections, preventative maintenance, system programming, logic writing, and repairs for the Building Automated Systems (BAS) that control temperature, humidity, and air exchange across the installation.Place of Performance:Work will be performed at the NSWCCD facility in Bethesda, Maryland.Key Requirements:Proposed Set-Aside: 8(a)
