Closing Date: 24 October 2025 The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) is seeking contractors to provide necessary engineering design, fabrication, assembly, and testing services to make a fully functional electric motor that meets the requirements stated in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 335312 – Motor and Generator Manufacturing, and PSC 6105 – Motors, Electrical, and C215 – Architect and Engineering – General: Production Engineering. The anticipated period of performance will be one (1) year from the Date of Award of a firm fixed price contract. It is anticipated that the Request for Quote (RFQ) will be issued on or around 15 November 2025 via the Government Point of Entry (GPE).
If your company has the capability to perform these required services, please provide the following information: 1.) Organization name, address, email address, Web site address, telephone number, and size and type of ownership for the organization. 2.) Tailored capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. 3.) Contractor and Government Entity (CAGE) Code.
4.) Size of business - Large Business, Small Business, Small Disadvantage, 8(a), Hubzone, Woman-owned and/or Veteran-owned. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements.
