Orca3D Marine CFD Premium Network Licenses

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Government intends to solicit with Orca3D, LLC. for six (6) Orca3D Marine CFD Premium Network Full-time 12-Month Licenses (OMCFD P N F 12). The NAICS code is 513210 and the Small Business Standard is $47M.
