Annual maintenance and calibration services for various Deatak Inc. brand equipment

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

The Government intends to solicit with Deatak Inc. for one (1) base and two (2) option years of maintenance and calibration services for NSWCCD’s Cone Calorimeter (CC) Apparatus, model CC-2, Radiant Panel Flame Spread Tester, model RP-1A, Lateral Spread of Flame Tester, model LIFT-2, Flooring Radiant Panel, model FRP-1A-CF, manufactured by Deatak Inc., in accordance with performance work statement (PWS). The NAICS code is 541380 and the Small Business Standard is $19M.
