NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FO COMPETITIVE QUOTES. This is a notice of intent to solicit and award a solce sourc contract under statutory authority 41 U.S.C. 1903 set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii)(A), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

Naval Sea Systems Command Surface Warfare Center Carderock (NSWCCD) intends to solicit and award a sole source contract for replacement parts to CORCOR PUMPS NORTH AMERICA, 1710 Airport Rd Monroe, North Carolina 28110-7394. A Sole Source Justification and Approval has been reviewed and approved byt he Small Business Professional. This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotations.
