The Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD) intends to solicit only one source under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1(b) the Contracting Officer has determined that circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The Government intends to solicit with MacArtney Inc. for an undersea electrical-optical-mechanical (EOM) cable with connectors and periphery test cables, in accordance to attached minimum specifications.
