The JAMS IPT is seeking wide-ranging Aircraft Survivability Equipment (ASE) technologies at Technical Readiness Level (TRL) 3 and higher, for accelerated development in relation to modern missile threat systems.

I. OVERVIEW OF THE RESEARCH OPPORTUNITY This publication constitutes a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for awards by any federal entity as described under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.102(d)(2) and 35.016, the Department of Defense Grant and Agreement Regulations (DoDGARS) 32 CFR 22.315(a) and the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition and Sustainment Other Transaction Guide version 2.0 dated July 2023. A formal Request for Proposals (RFP), solicitation regarding this announcement will not be issued.
