N00164-25-Q-0808 – SOLE SOURCE – OSCILLOSCOPE– FSG 6625 - NAICS 334515 ISSUE DATE 12 Aug 2025 – CLOSING DATE 19 Aug 2025 – 11:00 AM Eastern Time Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for quantity 9 High-Definition Oscilloscope, p/n: HDO6054B. The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, TELEDYNE LECROY, INC. 700 Chestnut Ridge RD., Spring Valley, New York 10977-6435, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1.

This is being sole sourced because The HDO6054B Oscilloscope provided solely by Teledyne Lecroy is the only commercially available oscilloscope that we have identified that can meet the requirements to work in all our test sets. These scopes have been qualified to work in Aegis test sets and have already been procured to begin replacing our older obsolete scopes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, which should be considered by the agency.

However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

The controlled attachments will be posted at the same time the solicitation is posted. This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-25-Q-0808 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
