COMPETITIVE –PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS

AMENDMENT 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to modify all four specifications to remove the item specific maximum weight rate and replace with the maximum weight rate of 900 pounds for all four items. All other terms remain unchanged.

ORIGINAL POST: N0016424Q0268 – COMPETITIVE –PORTABLE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS – FSG 41 - NAICS 333415 ISSUE DATE 08 AUG 2024 – CLOSING DATE 19 AUG 2024 – 4:00 PM Eastern Time ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for multiple portable air conditioning units manufactured In Accordance With (IAW) Specification. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract under a small business set-aside in accordance FAR 19.502-2(c). The Delivery required is FOB Destination.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR 13. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N0016424Q0268 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.
