AMENDMENT 0001: The purpoose of Amendment 0001 Change A Dissolve Small Business Change B Extend Closing Date to May 17, 2024 at 5PM EST all offers shall be submitted to jaclyn.b.murrary.civ@us.navy.mil and marty.arvin2.civ@us.navy.mil All other Terms and Conditions Remain the same ORIGINAL POSTING: N00164-24-Q-0165 – Right Angle Drive Assembly – FSC/PSC 5999 – NAICS 333612 ISSUE DATE 19 Apr 2024 – CLOSING DATE 26 Apr 2024 – 4:00 PM Eastern Time Item Description- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for The Right-Angle Drive assembly takes the horizontal magnetron tuning drive assembly and connects it the vertical input on top of the magnetron assembly.

The right-angle drive assembly does this by using an input shaft, output shaft, ball bearings, matched bevel gear set etc... As according to the drawings. Without the right angle, drive assembly the magnetron in the AN/SPS-67 radar would fail to be tuned to the correct frequency.

CLIN 0001, Right Angle Drive Assembly, Qty 6 Each CLIN 0002, CDRL A001 Acceptance Test Report, Qty 1 Lot CLIN 0003, CDRL A002 Certificate of Compliance, Qty 1 Lot 100% Set Aside for Small Business Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via https://sam.gov.

The controlled attachments will be posted at the same time the solicitation is posted. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://sam.gov.

This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13 as a written. Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-24-Q-0165 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to Contract Opportunities on https://sam.gov/. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor https://sam.gov/ for any amendments, which may be issued to this solicitation.

For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a quote will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and/or award. Offers shall be e-mailed to adam.d.mitchell14.civ@us.navy.mil All required information must be received on or before 26 April 2024 4:00 PM EASTERN TIME.
