SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0005: The purpose of this amendement is to answer a question from Industry.

AMENDMENT 0004: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date from November 30, 2023 to January 2, 2024. AMENDMENT 0003: The reason for this amendment is to answ er questions posed by Industry and add Appendix A as Attachment 11. AMENDMENT 0002: The reason for this Amendment is to update the clauses and repost this solicitation w ith a final proposal due date changed from July 6, 2023 at 3:00pm EST to November 30, 2023 at 3:00pm EST to promote competition.

AMENDMENT 0001: The reason for this Amendment is to:

1) extend the solicitation date by 2 w eeks, from June 20, 2023 at 3:00PM EST to July 6, 2023, at 3:00PM EST.

2) Update the Statement of Work to include CDRL A009, Certificate of Conformance.

3) Update CDRL package to include CDRL A009, Certificate of Conformance.

4) Add required clause, 52.204-27, Prohibition on a ByteDance Covered Application in Section I ,IBR.
